Once A Bear, Always a Bear!
Dear HFS Alumni Members,
Holy Family School opened its doors 65 years ago under the direction of the Marianites of Holy Cross Sisters. So many of you were blessed with the wonderful tradition of Catholic education in the Port Allen community. As Alumni we wish to join with all of you to strengthen our school and continue the vision of the Marianites. Our goal as Holy Family Alumni Association is to provide a venue enabling graduates, parents, former students, and friends of Holy Family School to stay connected to the institution that has meant so much to all of us. You can help HFS by giving back. Click here for a listing and description of our funds, foundations and opportunities to support.
The Alumni Association was formed in the Fall of 2011 shortly after the Holy Family School Alumni Celebration. Officers were elected and class representatives volunteered. Most of our efforts have been toward establishing a current database of alumni members. Please complete the online form with your contact information to ensure you are receiving information from HFS.
The mission of the Holy Family School Alumni Association is to demonstrate our commitment to Catholic Education and our school, renew and foster friendships, and to enable ongoing involvement with our school as it teaches the gospel message to today’s students reflecting Christ’s presence in their lives.

- Don Favrot, '61 Vice President
- Amanda Gross, '96 Secretary
- Glen Daigle, '84 Treasurer
Plans are underway to establish several Alumni masses each year. After mass, alumni would have the opportunity to visit and reconnect to classmates while updating on HFS news.
