DIOCESE CHILD & YOUTH PROTECTION DOCUMENTS
The following steps must be completed in order to volunteer/chaperone:

1. Complete Volunteer Application here and email to Mrs. Mona Bass or send to school.
2. Complete Online Training to earn “Serving Vulnerable Populations” Training Certificate and be a diocesan approved volunteer:

• Go to Diobr.org
• Click Child & Youth Protection (top left)
• Click "CAPS Child Protection Credentialing"
• Register/create an account
• Complete training 
• Print certificate and email to Mrs. Mona Bass or send to school.
• Code of ethics - print and sign last page and turn into Mrs. Mona Bass
